Our terms of reference or purpose is :
‘The prevention or relief of poverty in Ghana by providing: grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.’
We are registered in the United Kingdom as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and will operate as a Charitable Organisation under all of the rules and regulations of UK charity law.
